Wooglie's Thoughts

I saw this film on Wednesday. I enjoyed the film, but it wasn’t as good as I expected or even as good as it could have been. The effects were very good, especially the daemons, but they did occasionally look out of place. The main problem I had with the film was that it was too short. The film seemed to jump around and lot and left bits out that could really have done with some explanation. The came out wanting more, not necessarily the possible sequels, but the bits missing out of this film. I’m holding out for an extended version on DVD, but in the mean time I think I’m going to go and read the book again.
