I watched this TV adaption of Terry Pratchett’s book The Colour of Magic over the Easter weekend and I have to say I liked it. As with any adaption of such a popular author and series of books you are going to have ideas of what the characters look and sound like, but if you can get past this you can really enjoy this. The adaption had a star-studded cast with David Jason and Sean Astin playing the main characters of Rincewind and Twoflower, with Tim Curry, Jeremy Irons and Christopher Lee all making an appearance (well Christopher Lee was actually the voice of Death, but you know what I mean) I really enjoyed this and hope they many more.

Saw this film last week and I really liked it, it was a bit different from the usual sort of film I see, I suppose you could count it as a romantic comedy, but as it had Michael Cera and Jason Bateman from Arrested Development starring in it and it won best screenplay at this years Oscars, I thought I’d give it a go. The film had the same feel as Little Miss Sunshine in places, there were lots of very funny moments and also some moving ones throughout the film, mostly centred arount the hilarious dialog pulled of my an excellent cast. Another film I’d definitely recommend you go and see.

This will probably make no sense to most people reading this, but my friend and I have just reached Outland in World of Warcraft. It’s not that much of a feat, but it does look quite nice.
